- Surfboard BLANKS
- Blanks, the foam core of the surfboard. The majority of our boards have
Walker foam light and strong with Schneider Surfboards custom rockers molded right in them
to insure that the deck is not over shaped (getting into the soft foam in the middle of
the blank). . Custom stringers available i.e. T-band,
different types and thickness of wood
(this is the wooden strip down the middle of the surfboard.)

- EPS XEPS Surfboards Blanks
with EPOXY Resin
We also use 1.8 lbs to 2.5 lbs EPS or Xesp foam with Epoxy resins
for a lighter stronger surfboards. Usually last twice as long as a
standard Clark foam surfboard.(call for more info.

- TWO -1/8" WOOD STRINGER that run
down each rail of the surfboard.

Our in house glassing give you the
choices of FCS fin control system , Red X , Future Fins glass on
fins fiber glass or air core.

- Our in house glassing assures that you receive the best glass job for your
needs. Custom glassing available from the latest types of fiberglass
cloth Kevlar Carbon, lighter yet
strong, UV resins to old style Volan with resin color.

- Clear sanded hot coat, double layer deck, one layer bottom, 4 or 6 oz.,
removable fins on all standard tri fin boards (or glass on fins), fins unlimited center box with single fin,
one standard graphic.
